When the door we ordered came in they called and scheduled a convenient time for us to install. The installer noticed some small defects in the door (so small we would never have noticed) and made the arrangements to order the entire panel and replace. The customer service was top notch and the door looks great. They we attentive and informative. It was a great experience and our garage door looks amazing
Whole experience was fast and efficient. Garage door is very quiet when going up or down. Chose an insulated door that reduces summer garage heat by 30-40 percent. it’s very nice and well worth the extra cost.The Heritage representative who came to the house to give us options and estimates was knowledgeable and knows his stuff.The installer was very nice and did a good job-knows what he is doing. Very good company. My wife looked for a company with great reviews and found Heritage. So I am adding to those good reviews here. I recommend this company if you need a garage door.
Heritage Garage Door is a great decision for anyone who is looking for garage door repairs or new replacements. We first had them out to take a look at our existing door for some maintenance and got a quote for replacement. When it came time to replace our door, the sales guy was extremely professional. Had samples, had the ability to put the garage door we liked in a computer program that showed us what it looked like on our house, and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. The door is amazing and was installed very quickly and efficiently.
