This company means business, and cares about Customer Service! Their automative appointment confirmation and reminder system makes it really easy to be a customer. Both technicians we’ve had out (today, and about 2 years ago) were wonderful — great communicators, punctual, helpful, explained things well. Good customer service is rare these days, but this company exceeds expectations — I’d give 6* if this form allowed it!

We bought a garage door from Heritage years ago and have had a couple of service issues since — long after we were out of warranty. Repairs have always been prompt and professional. Techs have also saved us money by not pressing us to go for the most expensive options. We love them, and our next door or motor or whatever will certainly be from Heritage.

Absolutely amazing customer service and pricing. They were able to get out early the day my garage broke. Got it to work and then replaced two days later. Perfect and would recommend to everyone.
