Alan was a Godsend. He came out promptly, explained the problem to me, suggested the fix and a reasonable price and made it happen. All within a couple of hours!! On top of that I got a class in garage door maintenance. Thank you Alan.
Called at 2:00 PM and let them know ow that my garage door spring broke and my car was trapped inside. Alan was at our home within two hours – they treated as an emergency since we couldn’t use our car. He was extremely professional and prepared. The door was repaired in one hour. He even pointed out something very important that the last door installer (United) missed. I highly recommend them.
