Called at 2:00 PM and let them know ow that my garage door spring broke and my car was trapped inside. Alan was at our home within two hours – they treated as an emergency since we couldn’t use our car. He was extremely professional and prepared. The door was repaired in one hour. He even pointed out something very important that the last door installer (United) missed. I highly recommend them.

From the initial consultation to the iterations based on HOA requirements, to the install itself we were very impressed. Oh, and real communication with phone calls and follow up with minimal text messages (Yes!!) . I would recommend this company without hesitation based on all things including…..the price. Thanks to the entire team and especially the installer who had to do it all solo based on a sickness in the team.

Updated 11/3/203Previously we were told that future repairs of broken springs were lifetime warranty but today we found out it wasn’t. Needless to say, it was little disappointed. Workmanship was good and fast. Changed out old parts (recommended by technician). Thanks 👍Spring broke, called Greg and got us same day service. arrived on time, texted us ahead time who is coming (good to be notified) and when. Joshua who was our technician, very courteous and polite. Didn’t really trying to upsale you into something you don’t need. Actually recommended us to swap out existing working spring for preventative measure and lifetime warranty on the springs (very good to know). Work was quick and efficient. Great job Joshua. As far price, it is fair and honest. Good to do business with Heritage Garage and would recommend any future work/maintenance. Thank you Greg and Joshua.

The whole service experience was detailed and professional. the technician explained what had broken, how both springs probably should have been recommended and replaced at the last service visit. When the spring on my garage door snapped, I needed it fixed quickly. I contacted Heritage and they sent someone out right away. The tech explained the whole process, worked quickly, was completely professional and extremely polite. The cost was reasonable and my door was fixed fast. Overall Heritage Garage Doors is great place to do business, I had ordered my garage doors during Covid and it took over 5 months to get the garage doors and when they were installed it was noticed one of the panels was damaged! It was no fault to Heritage they did a great job ordering them and installing the doors. They kept me in loop throughout the process, I will definitely do business with them again!

The salesperson professionally meet our needs to replace our two garage doors. Because of the Covid-19 caused delays in shipment readiness, we received our doors earlier than the estimated two months. The door installer was very professional and did a great job on both garage doors, including providing insulation around the doors. Doors look fantastic and operate smoothly. After shopping around a bit, we purchased garage doors (for 1 and 2 cars) in late December 2021. At the time, there was a long back order, and it took several months for the doors to arrive. I think they were installed sometime in Q3 2022. The installation went very smoothly, with no snags at all. My old tilt-up doors were taken away and the new roll-ups fit perfectly. I have now had them over a year, and they have been trouble-free and operate perfectly. I’m very happy with the side-mounted motor, which does away with any ceiling-mounted brackets, chains, etc. The motor is SO much quieter than the old setup we had. Overall I’m very happy with the doors and installation.

A tech was sent out in short order and was very helpful. They replaced our opener with a nice unit. He didn’t over sell me on anything that I didn’t need and was helpful to let me know where I could source any extra remote openers at a later date for additional cars which I took advantage of later. Heritage Door came to my rescue after I received a repair price for new springs from a large competitor that seemed very high. Scott Gill, Heritage’s service tech, came out to assess the work and quoted a price for the same labor and parts that was less than half. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, professional and completely transparent in explaining the issues with the springs and the cost of each part. I definitely would recommend Heritage Door for their honesty and quality work!

I hit the bottom part of my garage door when I backing up, for some reason the garage door was going down when I was backing up. The door was bended and one of the roller came out of the track also the rubber seal and the retainer crashed down on my car. I called Heritage Garage Door to schedule for repair and was scheduled the next day for a technician to come to take a look. I decided to have the bottom part replaced. The technician was very helpful, he replaced the roller that came out with a longer one and he put it back to the track so I can close the garage door securely for temporary before the replacement.

Their technician Alan was right on time (a few minutes early actually). Alan provided a thorough examination of my three doors and made his recommendations. I was unable to do all of the maintenance and recommended part replacements at this time but he worked with me to determine was was most urgent and presented some affordable options. The technician arrived right on schedule. Very professional and engaging. Both openers needed replacing. He had both of them removed and new units installed and had the travel distance settings completed in a little over and hour. I was very impressed. I had my garage door installed by “Heritage Garage Door” I am impressed by the quality and workmanship of the company.After 14 years, I need the bottom seal replaced and Greg, at the office was so accommodating with free estimate.Scott, the technician did a thorough evaluation and recommendation for repair. He wasted no time and installed the bottom seal and replaced the broken hinges. I have had the opportunity to have had the services of Heritage Garage Door from my purchase of my automatic door many years ago. In the meantime I have had maintenance done as well. This past January when my door wouldn’t open I called to leave a message on a Sunday and received an answer back!! They repaired the issue in a timely manner and brought to my attention that the “battery” was in end stages. I had them replace it and when the power went out last month i was happy I had been notified as I was able to open the door during the outage. I have referred other people to them because of my satisfaction.
