Alan was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to listen, thoroughly diagnose the problem, and he was able to get our garage doors working again that day. We are grateful he had the necessary part and was willing to finish this despite it being almost 100 degrees. I would highly recommend him.

Heritage did an exceptional job fixing my garage door. He took the time to explain which repairs were needed vs recommended and why. At first, I opted to go with what was just needed. Then I decided to go with what was recommended because I could see how it was actually saving money in the long run. He graciously stayed and completed the extra work.

The company has the staff that are professional. Greg at the office was very helpful. The technician, Alan, did a great job on my garage door. He never tried to sell me anything I did not need. I will always reach out to this company for my garage door needs.
