Heritage did an exceptional job fixing my garage door. He took the time to explain which repairs were needed vs recommended and why. At first, I opted to go with what was just needed. Then I decided to go with what was recommended because I could see how it was actually saving money in the long run. He graciously stayed and completed the extra work.

The company has the staff that are professional. Greg at the office was very helpful. The technician, Alan, did a great job on my garage door. He never tried to sell me anything I did not need. I will always reach out to this company for my garage door needs.

Allen was very informative, and described everything he was doing. The company is very professional sent me a text message of the photo of the tech when he was on his way. I was able to track them for arrival time. The garage door is working perfectly now, everything they told me was accurate based on the research of why our garage door broke. I would highly recommend them anytime you have a garage door need!
